How to Make a Good RuneScape Clan

Most RuneScape players don't want to just create or join a clan--they want to be in one that will kick butt in Clan Wars or make the most money. A good RuneScape clan is not much different than a good sports team--it requires not just good players, but ones who work well together.

1. Set a minimum level requirement for anyone who joins your clan. You want your minimum level to be high, like at least the mid-50s. This will ensure your clan contains good players.

2. See that your clan consists of people you can trust and rely on. The best way to do this is to be friends with these people before inviting them to join. Contact your current friends who play the game first and then meet people on chat forums.

3. Develop chemistry among your clan members. Obviously, one thing you have in common is a love of RuneScape, but try to go further. If your members can ever gather in person and not just online, do so.

4. Find out what your common interests in the game are, whether it's player killing, fighting monsters or just making money. You want to have multiple tasks to keep the games exciting, but keep it to a few that you all like.

5. Develop a style for your clan that everyone likes. This can involve a uniform code (like everyone wearing dragon armor) or coming up with a reward system for players who accomplish big tasks. Use your own imagination and let others contribute too.
