How to Create an Amazon Listmania List

Amazon's Listmania! feature allow customers to share compiled lists of products with other consumers. Lists may be created using any product sold or offered on Amazon and can be devoted to any subject or product classification. Learn how to create your own Amazon Listmania! list.

Instructions

1. Visit Amazon's official website, log in and search for a product that you'd like to include in a Listmania! list. Review the search results. Under the title "Listmania!," find a few previous Listmania! lists containing the product on the left-hand side of the screen. Notice a link underneath the other advertised lists that says "Create a Listmania! List." Click the link to go to a webpage that walks you through the creation of a Listmania! list.

2. Give your list a clear title. Titles that easily identify the contents of a Listmania! list help you differentiate between multiple lists. They also help other customers looking for lists find lists relevant to their tastes.

3. Type your qualifications. Give users a reason to click on your Listmania! list over others. Make sure to enter qualifications relevant to the list. For example, if you intend to create a list of health products, mention any experience you have in the health field.

4. Enter an introduction to your list. Provide users with a short paragraph explaining your list and its purposes. Though including an introduction is optional, you have a maximum of 200 characters to use.

5. Insert tags into your Listmania! list. Tags are simply keywords that classify your list and help other users find it. Separate each tag with a single comma. Click "What's a Tag?" for more detailed information about tags and their uses.

6. Choose products to add to your Listmania! list. Click "Add Product," select a category, enter a product name, press "Go" and review the results. Select exact matches to your product and add comments up to 400 characters to your selection for users to read. Choose "Add Another" to add additional products and click "Done" when you're finished.

7. Preview your list. Move or remove items on your list by using the arrows and the "Remove" buttons. Choose "Publish List" when you're ready to share your Listmania! list with the rest of Amazon.
