Make a personalized bracelet. Buy some beads, letter beads, silver or gold spacers, and stringing material. Find out the birthstone of the person you're giving the gift to. String the bracelet with the color of the birthstones and use letter beads to spell out her name. In between each bead, you can place gold or silver spacers. Make sure the bracelet is long enough to fit the wrist. Tie it in a knot once it is finished. Put the bracelet in a decorated gift box for gift giving.

Write a personalized poem or have someone else write it. On a word processor such as WORD or Microsoft Works, write the recipient's name down the left side of the margin. Each letter will be on a separate line. Use each letter of his name to begin a sentence or phrase that you've written about him or which describes him. Print it on some pretty paper and place it in a frame that can be treasured forever.

Burn a personal music CD with favorite songs or make a theme CD. Find out the year that the person was born and burn music from the year of his birth. Find out his favorite songs and burn a CD including all of his favorite tunes. Use CD cover creating software to make a great personalized cover with the person's name and favorite colors on it. Present it in a CD case inside a gift bag for gift giving.

Put the pictures together on scrapbook paper along with some fun stamps, stickers and plenty of color. Stick the page inside of a frame so the recipient can keep it forever.
