The "vision board" is a relatively new concept made popular in the self-help book "The Secret." The vision board's main purpose is to provide concrete images and connections to otherwise abstract hopes and goals. The theory goes that as you see and reflect on the images that make up your goals and dreams, the universe will respond and bring to you that which you want the most. Whether or not you believe in the supposed "miraculous" nature of the vision board, making your passions and dreams more concrete through imagery is a great way to keep focused and on track toward achieving the future you desire. Vision boards are traditionally made on poster board or on a bulletin board by attaching images and words that will inspire. There is also a digital version of the vision board available for upward of $50 that helps you easily create a vision board screensaver.Alternatively, Digital Post-it Notes from 3M is a handy piece of software that allows you to create sticky notes on your computer desktop as well as create memo boards and virtual bulletin boards. You can use this software for everyday uses, plus you can utilize its unique qualities to create a digital vision board that will sit nicely on your computer desktop. Here's how.

Then, choose the "Picture" tab, select "Add Picture" and locate and open the photo you want to use.
