Burning and itching during urination and intercourse are the most common symptoms of a yeast infection. Clean your penis with soap and water after urinating and sex, and see if this helps.
-
2
Ask your partner if she is experiencing the symptoms of a yeast infection. Partners often pass yeast infections back and forth, especially in the early stages of the infection, before the symptoms become very noticeable.

Examine your penis for a rash, or irritated bumps. You might also notice a discharge. Raw, flaking, cracked skin is also common, and quite painful, especially if the penis gets hard.

Avoiding sugary foods, keeping the penis clean and dry, and using anti-fungal creams will all help clear up the yeast infection. You can use the same over-the-counter yeast infection medications that women use, just apply them to the outside of the head and shaft of the penis.
