Instructions

  1. Anti-Fungus!

    • 1

Clip your toe nails, making sure you do not cut them too low.

    • 2

Soak your feet in a tub with rock salt for at least 15 minutes. This will help to keep your feet soft and healthy and should be done to prevent fungus from growing. If you do not have a soaking tub, use a cake pan or a plastic bowl of any kind.

    • 3

Soak your toes in bleach. While this sounds harsh, bleach is a strong agent that will quickly begin killing the fungus and germs underneath your toes. If you are concerned about the bleach harming your feet, you can add bleach to water or use a cotton swab to dab it over the infected area, but make sure you get a generous amount onto your toes.

    • 4

Soak your toes every night until the condition disappears. If it does not, you may want to see your doctor.

    • 5

Spray your feet and toes with anti-fungal spray before putting your socks on each day.

    • 6

Wear clean socks and do not wear socks more than one day in a row.

    • 7

Wear well-ventilated shoes and if you can, remove your shoes regularly to allow your feet to breathe.

    • 8

Push back the cuticles that often cover your nails with the tip of your nail clippers. This will allow your nails to grow smoothly as they should.

Tips & Warnings

  • Perform these steps as soon as you experience itching or notice discoloration or strange shapes on the toenail areas.

  • Do not soak your feet in bleach to the point that it damages them. Dipping the infected toes in a bit of bleach, perhaps in a bowl, will be fine.
