When you want to give a gift to someone special, you might have a hard time deciding on candy or flowers. And, perhaps, that someone special says that she would prefer that you give her a card or something you made yourself. You can tie those all together and make this adorable chocolate bouquet card that your sweetheart, mom or other special someone will love.
Things You'll Need

Prepare
-
1
Lay the card stock in landscape orientation (meaning horizontal rather than vertical). Fold the card stock in half so that you have a card that opens to the side.
-
2
Cut a large circle from a piece of the tissue paper. Fold it in half once, then fold the sides of the half circle to create a cone shape. Glue the cone to the front of the card, with the open sides glued to the card stock itself. The point of the cone should be facing the bottom right corner of the front of the card, and the opening of the cone should be aimed towards the top left of the front of the card.

3
Cut the pipe cleaners into various sized "stems". Glue them onto the front of the card with the bottom of each stem in the cone.
-
4
Glue a chocolate onto the front of the card at the top of each stem. You can have some of the hearts right side up while others are positioned upside down for a varied bouquet.
-
5
Write your own personal sentiment on a small sheet of tissue paper and glue it on the inside of the card.
