Instructions

  1. Making a Beaded Bracelet

    • 1

Measure the size of your wrist to determine the circumference of what your bracelet will have to be.

    • 2

Unravel your elastic cord and measure out the length that you need plus an additional four inches.

    • 3

Using a small piece of tape, wrap it around the end of your elastic cord so when you are beading you do not have to worry about your beads falling off the string.

    • 4

Using your beads, begin sliding them onto the elastic cord in whatever color and size combinations that you personally like.

    • 5

Remove the tape from the end of the elastic cord.

    • 6

Pull each side of the elastic cord through the two holes on the three holed bead.

    • 7

Finish the bracelet by making an overhand knot.

    Making an Overhand Knot

    • 8

      Form an overhand loop.

    • 9

Bring the working end under the loop.

    • 10

Insert the working end in through the loop.

    • 11

Pull both end in order to tighten the knot.
