How to Eliminate Cellulite
Step1
Use ground coffee to eliminate cellulite. Place a large cloth on your bathroom floor to protect the area. Sit on the edge of your bathtub or toilet seat. Slide your body as close to the edge of the surface as possible. Make sure you can touch your buttocks and lower legs. Still in a sitting position, take a handful of ground coffee. Bring your hand under your legs, so the coffee grounds in your hand are being pressed to the body. Message the coffee grounds in a circular area around the area(s) of your body that contain cellulite. Repeat for 10 to 15 minutes. As the coffee grounds fall, collect or use new spoonfuls to continue the application. You will see results within 24 hours.

Use a skin firming lotion daily. Apply a skin firming lotion liberally to the body. Message the lotion into the problem area and treat daily for best results.

Exercise and strength train. Perform three to ten sets of fifteen repetition squats. Remember to squeeze your buttocks and thighs as you contract and rise for each repetition.

Run daily to tone and tighten the buttocks and thighs. Run at a difficulty level of seven or eight. Try for an uphill trek or high incline climb. Take deliberate steps and remember to protect your knees against injury. Alternate between climbing, walking and running for faster results. (The greater the resistence, the more effective the exercise will be in eliminating cellulite.)

Visit your local salon or spa. Purchase laser treatments for cellulite reduction. This non-invasive procedure will provide great results and smooth even the most troublesome cellulite. Remember to schedule multiple appointments, as this kind of treatment requires multiple applications for best results.
