Things You'll Need:
- Shower
- Conditioner
- Shower Cap
- Blow Dryer
-
Step 1
After washing your hair in the bath or shower, apply your favorite conditioner liberally. According to my hairdresser, the thicker the conditioner, the better it will be for your hair.
-
Step 2
Next, get out of the bath or shower, wrap up in a towel. Be sure to dry your feet!
-
Step 3
Now, put a disposable plastic shower cap over your hair.
-
Step 4
In a place where there's no water on the floor, get your hair dryer and warm your hair up all over. Do this for about 10 - 15 minutes.
-
Step 5
Next, put up your hair dryer, off with the shower cap and towel, and its back to the shower or bath. Rinse your hair well.
-
Step 6
That's it! Your hair will be almost back to normal.
-
Step 7
For excessively damaged hair, talk with your favorite hair dresser about a chemical shot.
-
Step 8
Remember, for all those appliances you love you use (curling irons, straighteners, crimpers, etc) be sure to use a good heat protector.
