How to Become a Member of Ravelry

Ravelry.com is a fast growing online community of knitters, crocheters, designers, spinners and dyers that's currently in beta testing. On Ravelry, you can find different yarn reviews, patterns and project photos. Additionally, you can join groups with similar yarn and non-yarn related topics and meet up with others in your area. Once you are a member, you have countless crafting resources at your fingertips!Ravelry isn't run by a company; it's a two-person project. So while it's being built there is a membership wait list.

Instructions

1. Visit Ravelry's website.

2. 

   Click on the "Request an Invitation" link on the right side of the webpage.

3. 

   Type in your email address and click "add me to the list." You will probably get an email in two days with the instructions on how to join Ravelry.

4. 

   If you wish to see where you are on the wait list, simply go back to the website and click on "waiting list checker" at the top of the page.

5. 

   Enter your email address and click "look me up" to see your place on the wait list.

Tips & Warnings

• Once you are a member of Ravelry, add as much information about your projects as you can. The more information you add, the more comprehensive the community will become!
