• Hydrogen peroxide
• Toothpaste containing hydrogen peroxide
• Baking soda
• Toothbrush

Instructions

1. Regularly brush your teeth with a toothpaste that contains hydrogen peroxide. Many toothpastes now offer a whitening version of their original toothpaste so you can still use your favorite toothpaste while simultaneously whitening your teeth.

2. Make your own whitening toothpaste with hydrogen peroxide. An old and trusted way of whitening the teeth with hydrogen peroxide is to make your own toothpaste by blending hydrogen peroxide with baking soda until you have formed a paste. Brush your teeth with the peroxide, baking soda paste and thoroughly rinse out your mouth. Be careful not to swallow any of the paste.

3. Use whitening strips or gel that contain hydrogen peroxide. You can purchase over the counter teeth whitening kits that use hydrogen peroxide as the main ingredient for whitening your teeth. You will usually apply a strip to your teeth or fill a mold with a hydrogen peroxide gel solution that you hold on your teeth for a period of time. These methods may be briefly uncomfortable but if it works it might be worth it!
