Click on any of the websites within this article, or type in a web address in your browser at the top of your screen. If you are not ordering on the computer, go to the next step.

Call the toll free phone number and have your credit or debit card handy to place your order. Be sure to ask all of your questions about the product and get an order confirmation number. Go to the next step if you want to order vitamins by mail.

Fill out the form on the back of the catalog, complete with the product number, quantity, cost and total. Be sure to write legibly and specify any special instructions for shipping or delivery. Pay close attention to shipping guidelines and fees. Place postage on the envelope that is provided and place the order form inside. Note: You can also fax the order form to the vitamin seller if this is easier. The number is located on the form. Not all health stores will offer a fax number for orders.
