Step 1
Press firmly on the tips of the toes. The tips of the toes are pressure points that, when pressed during a massage, can help to relieve headache and sinus pain. Press firmly but do not cause pain. Hold the pressure for several seconds at a time.

Press firmly on the small rounded area that is just below the smallest toe. This pressure point is associated with pain in the shoulder and neck area. Holding pressure on this point for several seconds up to 20 seconds is optimal.

Apply pressure to the area just below the ball of the foot to alleviate stomach problems. Firm pressure held for several seconds and then repeated could be beneficial to the digestive system.

Apply pressure to the area slightly in front of the ankle on the bottom of the foot to help relieve knee pain.

Check a reflexology chart. A reflexology chart will show you many more pressure points and what areas they are useful for. With a little practice, you can learn how to give a pressure-point massage that will relieve aches and pains that are nowhere near the feet.
