Things You'll Need:
- Photo to upload
- Computer

Step 1
It's a simple process. Search the internet for a company that sells private label wines and look at the sample labels they have available. If like one of the hundreds they typically have on hand, select that design. You can change the background color if you want something different. Then you select the photo that you want on your label, save it as a JPEG of GIF file and upload it. You can also select something different than your photo. Perhaps you'd prefer a drawing of the historic location where your reception will be held. You can scan that and send it to the wine company.

Step 2
Next, look at the text area and determine what you want to say. Couples will usually enter the date of their wedding. You will be able to select from a number of fonts. Along with the date, you can thank your guests for their years of love and friendship.

Step 3
You need to determine the amount and type of wine you want to purchase. Typically you'll be given a selection of wines and pick what complements your meal. When deciding how many bottles of wine to order, decide if you want the wine you serve to substitute for an open bar. The most popular order is a bottle of wine for every two guests. Serving wine at the reception rather than having an open bar seems to be a trend now. Having a number of bottles of wine per table allows you to know your adult-beverage cost upfront. Whew! No surprises at the end of the night. Another huge benefit is that you also get to control the crowd! You're less likely to have people being inappropriate at the reception and then driving away from your reception intoxicated. The last thing you want to remember on your anniversary is that you endangered your friend's life or that of another innocent person on the road.

Step 4
If you're not purchasing the wine to serve to guests at your reception, it also makes a wonderful gift for your wedding party. You can choose to give it out at your rehearsal dinner. Make certain that you order several extra bottles to tuck away yourselves. You'll want one to share on your first anniversary, not to mention your 10th, 25th and 50th. Also, you might want to save a bottle to celebrate the birth of your children, and for each of THEIR weddings; A nice, loving gift from Mom and Dad! Have a beatutiful, and memorable, wedding!
