How to Make a Photo Video Montage for a Wedding
Photo montages are great gifts and surprises as well as planned events to show at parties, celebrations and especially weddings. Guests will love watching photos of the bride and groom growing up as well as photos of them as a couple. This is sure to be a wonderful and sentimental moment that will enhance any wedding reception.

Gather all the photos that will be used in the video. Separate these into four stacks; photos of the bride growing up, photos of the groom growing up, funny photos of them as individuals and photos of them as a couple.

Scan all of these photos and store them on the computer or an external hard drive. Keep these in separate files titled accordingly. Within their computer folders, put the photos in a distinctive order. Number them accordingly.

Find appropriate music. You might pick the bride's favorite song for her section followed by the groom's favorite song for his section. Find some upbeat, comedic music for the funny photos and something sweet, sentimental and romantic for the couple section. Import this music to your computer.

Open your video editing software. Import the photo files and music files. Create some opening titles and lay the first music track down. Place the photos for the first section on the track. Place transitions between each photo. Repeat with the second section of photos and music. Then do the third and fourth sections.

Render the video and preview it. Make sure everything looks the way you would like it to. If it doesn't, do some minor editing. Then export the video and burn it to a DVD. That's it! You just made a photo montage for a wedding. Enjoy it!
