How to Erase Your Internet History
It doesn't take too much to learn how to erase your Internet history, commonly known as clear history. This will keep your computer clean, secure and running up to speed. You will learn how to erase your browsing path with a few mouse clicks in Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox.

Click on Internet Explorer if you use that particular web browser and go to the tools menu on the top of your screen.

Click on Mozilla Firefox and open up the web browser. Go to "tools" to access the web-browsing history. If you don't use Mozilla Firefox you can skip this step.

Click on "clear private data" on that same "tools" menu towards the bottom of the list. A dialog box will open up asking you which files you would like to clear. You can do one or all of the choices and set it to clear upon each exit.

Purchase Internet history software for added security and protection. This software will manage your Internet files and erase them according to how you set up the program. This is an optional step and not required.
