In this article, we will discuss how to make natural shampoo.

  • 6 chamomile tea bags
  • 4 tablespoons pure soap flakes
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons glycerin
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Spoon
  • Glass measuring cup
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • Small plastic shampoo bottle

    How to Make Natural Shampoo

  1. Step 1

    Boil 1 1/2 cups of water. The easiest way to do this is to microwave the water on high for two minutes. If it reaches a rolling boil before the two minutes are up, remove the water from the microwave and move on.

    Steep the chamomile tea bags for 20 minutes. You can leave the water in the measuring cup and add the tea bags.

    Remove the tea bags from the water when 20 minutes are up. The water will have turned into a very strong chamomile tea.

    Add the soap flakes to the tea. They should soften in the warm water.

  5. Step 5

    Stir in the glycerin. You should have a relatively thick, light brown liquid.

  6. Step 6

    Store your new, natural shampoo in the plastic shampoo bottle.You should use it daily with an organic conditioner for best results.
