Rhinestone body art is a temporary way to express yourself with sparkle, style and a lot of flair. However, it is important to display your rhinestone body art tastefully so that you do not draw attention to inappropriate areas of your body. Furthermore, you must apply rhinestone body art properly or parts of it will fall off over the course of the day. In this article, we will discuss how to wear rhinestone body art.

How to Wear Rhinestone Body Art

Step1
Some people even decorate their faces with rhinestone body art, but this is a vey daring statement that you need a lot of confidence to pull off. Select the location for your rhinestone body art. This should be an area of your body that is sexy but not overtly sexual. Because rhinestone tattoos are gaudy by nature, they should not be placed on your cleavage or near your bottom. The shoulder blade area is a good area, as is the back of the neck or even the center of your back if your top dips low enough.
Step2
Pick an outfit that highlights your rhinestone body art. If you are going to wear sparkly stones on your body, you should plan to show them off. Pick an outfit and hairstyle that accommodate the location of your tattoo. For example, a shirt that dips low in the back and a cute up-do will highlight a rhinestone tattoo on your upper back.
Step3
Scrub your body thoroughly with the sugar or salt scrub. This will remove dead skin and skin products that can cause the rhinestone body art to flake off. Use a loofah to give yourself a thorough washing. Make sure that you pay extra attention to the area where you will be wearing the rhinestone body art.
Step4
Dry your skin completely. If your hair is dripping or your skin is at all moist, the rhinestone tattoo will not stick to your body.
Step5
Apply the rhinestone tattoo to the area that you have selected. Most rhinestone tattoos come on a sticky, clear background that must be entirely flat to make the tattoo look its best.
Step6
Turn the blow dryer on the decorated area for about 60 seconds. This will set the glue on the body art and prevent moist skin from causing the tattoo to peel.
