How to Build A Strong Upper Body Quickly And Easily

Building an upper body can usually take quite a bit of time. Here is a guide that will show you how to quickly get the same results.

      Push ups are going to become your best friend. Push ups exercise more muscles in the chest and arms than most people think. They really are an all-inclusive exercise. For a workout, simply do 50-100 push ups, or whatever you feel you can do until your muscles are too tired to continue.

      Dips are also a great way to exercise lots of muscle groups quickly. Set up two chairs back to back with enough space inbetween them for your body. Grab the tops of the chairs and start lowering and raising your body as high as you can. Make sure you lower yourself as far as you can to get the most out of this workout. Again, 50-100 every day or until you are too tired to continue.

      Don't neglect your core. Abdominal workouts are important to burning fat and looking great. Do 50 crunches, 50 sit-ups, 50 leg raises, and 50 side crunches to exercise your whole core. Step these up about 5 per day until you are doing 100 of each.
