Finding a drill bit supplier is as easy as opening up your yellow pages or better yet, typing drill bit supplier into your google search. Any hardware store or lumber supply house carries manufacturer's supply catalogs but for those who hate leaving the house, with a click of a button you can find a list of drill bit suppliers housing a variety of different makers and brands.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Internet Access
  • Yellow Pages
  • Supply Catalog

    Find the Drill Bit Supplier

  1. Step 1

Type into your Internet search the name of a drill bit manufacturer such as Dewalt or an actual company and within seconds you will have the name, number, and location of many drill bit suppliers. Included in the drill bit supplier search are: Drill Bit City, Pro-Starter Tools Co. Ltd., Worldwide Rock, and Ace Tricone. Easy ordering and quick delivery is offered on most Internet drill bit supplier websites.

  2. Step 2

Look in the yellow pages under Contractor's equipment and supplies. The list of supply houses will vary according to area. Names of drill bit suppliers can be found in almost every construction supply house so call around and inquire until you find the drill bit you are looking for.

  3. Step 3

Walk into any lumber supply house; Lowes, Home Depot, Tru Value, etc. or even just a local hardware store and you will find display racks of supply catalogs, usually near the front counters. Dewalt, Makita, Hilti, to name a few, carry supply catalogs and display them for free in hardware and lumber stores for easy access to contractors and homeowners. Lists of drill bit suppliers can be found in a number of different catalogs.

  4. Step 4

Look on the drill bit packaging after purchase. Most products carry the name and contact information of the supplier or manufacturer on the packaging material. Locate this information and call the number to inquire about additional drill bit suppliers. Most companies carry some information about the product they sell and are usually quite helpful to the customers they serve.

Tips & Warnings
  • In order to save time when shopping locally for certain drill bits, call ahead and ask first if they carry the drill bit you are looking for. Most supply houses will have quite an extensive assortment, but better to be safe than sorry.
  • Drill bit suppliers are all over the USA and most will have a website selling their products for purchase online. With any merchandise ordered over the phone, or over the internet, make sure you know a little about the company you are ordering from. There is no harm in calling first and asking questions. You want to make sure to get what you pay for.
