Tasty fries with less fat than the deep fried kind.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into fry shapes (big ones will be soft, thin ones will be crunchy)
  • 1.5 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  1. Step 1

    Peheat oven to 425.

  2. Step 2

    Combine olive oil and seasonings in a large bowl. Add potatoes and toss to coat.

  3. Step 3

    Place potates on a cookie sheet and bake for 35 minutes, turning twice.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can use any of your favorite seasonings to replace the ones I like.
