Things You'll Need

  • Blender
  • Plain low-fat yogurt
  • Fresh fruit
  • Flax seeds
  • Soy milk
  • Whey protein powder

      Combine the ingredients in a blender.

      Add 4 ice cubes for a colder drink. If you use frozen fruit, the ice cubes are not necessary.

Tips & Warnings
