Step 1
Approach! Don't hesitate, when you see a girl you want to meet approach her within three seconds. This will not only make you meet her before you talk yourself out of it, but it will also show confidence.

Open! A lot of guys want what is known as "canned openers" they can use, sort of like "pick up lines". These lines can help you get started, but don't rely on them completely. After some time you will be able to improvise as you go along, and that is true game. If you are one of those guys who absolutely need a opening line to start, try asking an opinion opener (exp. "Hey I'm shopping for my little sister's birthday and I have no idea what to get her, what do you think?" It really doesn't matter what you say, it's how you say it.

Step 3
Focus on your body language and voice tonality! This is the most important step when meeting women. Let your voice be loud and expressive. Never fidget with your hands or feet or whatever, try pretending your with your best friend or a family member. Don't let her know that you are nervous, because she will know you like her, and why would you like her when you don't even know her? Women like men for more than looks, and you should convey that you do the same.

Get her number/email/etc! When you first meet, let her know that you can't stay long. Once you feel like you made a great impression and she's in to you, say "I have to get going, but what can we do to continue this some other time" She'll most likely respond by giving you her phone number or email address.
