Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 3/4 cup milk
- Additional flour for dusting
- Rolling Pin
- Baking Sheet
Step1
Preheat oven to 450 F.
Step2
Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix together.
Step3
Add Margarine with a fork, two knives, or a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.
Step4
Add milk. Mix enough to wet ingredients and create dough.
Step5
Roll dough out on flour dusted surface with rolling pin until its approximately 1/2 inch thick. Fold dough in half. Lightly roll out dough until it is almost an inch thick. Using a glass or cookie cutter cut out biscuits. Roll out remaining dough and repeat.
Step6
Place biscuits on baking sheet. Bake in very hot oven for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned on top.

on 7/4/2008 Okay now, don't play with the bisquits cause Ima tell ya, their one of my best creations :) I'll give it a try your way. I use aluminum free based baking powder you may want to try that too once in your what sounds fluffy bisquits. You explain how to make them well. Delicious pic. Thanks
