  • 3 cups crushed strawberries
  • 3 kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. crystallized ginger
  • 1 package Natural Fruit Pectin
  • 5 cups sugar
  • 8 to 10 qt. saucepan

Instructions

      Combine the crushed strawberries, kiwi, lemon juice, crystallized ginger, and pectin in the saucepan. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil over medium-high heat and stir it constantly.

      Add sugar and stir until it is dissolved. Return the mixture to a rolling boil for 1 minute and stir constantly.

      Remove the jam from the heat. Skim any foam off the top.

      Ladle the jam into canning jars. Leave 1/4-inch of head space in each jar. Cap the jars with lids. If the jars do not seal on their own, process them for 10 minutes in a boiling water bath.
