So many diet seem to be out just in time for summer. Almost all diets I see on the market today seem like they are only in it for the money. Most actually don't even make sense scientifically and obviously don't work. The best and least expensive way to control your weight is metabolism control.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 3 weeks
  • ability to eat more
Step1
The first step would be to find ways to sneak in 2 more small meals per day within a week to a week and a half time period. If your always on the go a healthy snack would do.
Step2
Eat at least 5 times a day for about a week or until you start feeling hungry 5 times a day. This is when you will know that your body has adapted to its new feeding cycle. You have successfully manipulated your metabolism.
Step3
Now that your metabolism is used to being fed 5 times a day, Go back to eating 3 times a day for the rest of the three weeks. Your body will continue to burn fat at a faster rate because it is used to getting fed 5 times a day and is only getting 3 meals. Even if you eat bigger meals to make up for the missing 2 meals you will still lose wait be cause your body burns those meals almost immediately.

Tips & Warnings

  • It always helps to eat a small side salad BEFORE your meals and include fruit into desert.
  • You don't really have to count calories or go protein crazy if you don't want to. Its okay to have Ice Cream or Burgers when you are doing this.
  • Drink more water with your meals. You can still drink juice and soda but drinking water can help decrease appetite.
  • For guys looking to bulk up, metabolism control also works when done in reverse to gain weight. If you are working out you will want to have better foods and try to incorporate beans and nuts into most of your meals
  • Even though this can work every time, metabolism control takes discipline and effort.
  • Your metabolism will adjust back to the three day eating cycle after about a week to a week and a half.
