This is a traditional Chinese dish that's eaten by Chinese people everyday. It's easy to make and taste great.
Step2
tofu in cubes
Cut the tofu into small cubes.
Step3
Add water or soup base, bring to a boil. Add your tofu, and pork tenderloin (cook the pork beforehand). Cook for 5 minutes.
Step4
Add salt, and black vinegar to taste. Mix the cornstarch and water. Bring to the soup to a boil and add the cornstarch mixture.
Step5
Carefully drop in the beaten egg. Mix in one direction. Add pepper to taste. Add your sesame oil on top.

It's best to eat the soup while hot.
