  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. chopped sage leaves
  • 1 1/2-inch section fresh minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. hot salt

Instructions

    • 1

      Decide whether to make chicken, lobster or shrimp. Clean and prepare the food for cooking and set aside while you prepare the marinade.

      Combine all of the marinade ingredients using an emulsion blender and mix thoroughly.

      Place the marinade and the pieces of meat into a plastic, sealable bag. Be sure there is enough marinade in the bag to cover the meat. Let the meat sit in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight to allow the flavor to soak in.
