How to Make a Blueberry Orange Smoothie

It's summertime and it's HOT. This nice smoothie recipe will give you vitamin C and vitamin D - plus, be refreshing, and it's low calorie at around 150 calories. ENJOY!!!

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 2 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 8 oz. low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. milk
Step1
BLEND all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Step2
GARNISH with a cherry.
Step3
SERVE immediately. Makes 3 servings.
