Idiot proof diet is a 11 day diet plan with a software generated 11 day diet menu (4 meals a day) with which one can lose 9 lbs in 11 days.This is known as cheapest and most practical diet plan online.

  1. Step 1

  8. Step 8

    After the 3 days cheat period you can generate a new veg diet menu, or if you think you can not repeatedly follow that, follow 10 days Beyond calories diet plan (you get it with idiot proof diet), which is rather simple as it allows you to take 6 meals day instead of 4.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you think, you need a break after first 11+ 3 days its your wish. Whenever you want to repeat you can just generate a new diet menu or follow Beyond calories 6 meals a day diet plan.
  • Stop eating before you feel completely full.
  • Do 30-45 minutes walk daily for better results
