How to Look Ten Years Younger in a Weekend

Aging is inevitable, no matter what we do. The face looking back at you in the mirror one day may suddenly seem to belong to an older person. Don't panic if this happens to you, because you can reverse the impact of aging, perhaps quicker than you think.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Guided meditation tape and CD
  • Water
  • Walking shoes
  • Microdermabrasion kit, such as Olay Regenerist
  • 5 pound weights
  • Colloidal minerals
  • Moisturizing facial mask
  • Night cream with Retinol
  • Hand cream with retinol

    Your Anti-Aging Weekend

  1. Step 1

    Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water each day to hydrate your skin and wash away toxins.

  2. Step 2

    Walk twice a day for at least 20 minutes. Vary your pace from slow to fast and slow again for interval training.

  3. Step 3

    Cut all white sugar and flour from your diet for the duration of the weekend, and eat six small meals a day with balanced proportions of carbohydrates and protein. Be sure to include protein in every meal.

  4. Step 4

    In the morning, upon rising, take 2 oz of colloidal minerals and do 10 squats and 10 chest presses using the 5 pound weights. Do this before eating breakfast.

  5. Step 5

    On the first day, use your microdermabrasion kit according to manufacturer's directions.

  6. Step 6

    Upon retiring, use your meditation tape to make sure that you get a good nights sleep - which is crucial for reversing the effects of aging. Retire early, and plan on at least 8 hours of sleep. Generously apply your moisturizer with retinol before you go to bed.

  7. Step 7

    Our hands tend to be neglected in most anti-aging regimes. Make sure that you apply a retinol based hand creme both morning and night to give your hands a youthful appearance.

  8. Step 8

    The second day, use your moisturizing facial mask and leave it on for at least 10 minutes.

Tips & Warnings
  • Supplements such as vitamin C and a good B complex can also help
  • Don't use a mud mask, it pulls impurities out of your face but can be very drying.
  • Don't drink alcohol, it dehydrates your entire body.
