Buy non-toxic, green body paint. Paint all parts of your body that will be visible. This includes your face, head, neck, shoulder area, arms, and hands.

Start from foot to head. Make sure you put on a pair of "ruby" slippers. Red flats will do nicely and you can glue red sequins on them.

Wear black and white horizontal stripe stockings, just like in the movie.

Put on a black witch costume. This is the part of your costume that resembles the witch costumes that are commercially available. You can even purchase one of those. As long as it is a flowing black dress, it'll do nicely.
