Things You'll Need:
- self rising flour
- shortening
- milk

Step 1
2-1/4 cup self rising flour
3/4 cup shortening
1 cup milk -
Step 2
mix ingredients together
pour onto floured wax paper
pat dough out with your hands -
Step 3
if a little sticky sprinke a little more flour if needed
fold double, cut with cookie or biscuit cutter
bake at 425 on a cookie sheet for 20 min.
