To improve the size of your breast, you have several options, some of them not as recommendable as others. To gain weight in the breast, you should first talk to your doctor to ensure that you are healthy and that any risk factors you have are taken care of. Those who have high blood pressure, or a tendency toward it, shouldn't try to gain weight because that might cause health complications.

Instructions

    Breast Weight Gain

  1. Step 1

Gain weight. In general, when women gain weight throughout the entire body, the size and weight of the breast will also increase. This is not the healthiest way to increase the size of the breast because it can tax the heart and other bodily functions.

  2. Step 2

Exercise regularly and target the muscles under the breast. While the breast weight will not increase, the muscles under the breast will grow and expand to make the breast look larger. With the guidance of a professional trainer, work on chest presses and abdominal muscle building exercises to improve muscle mass in this region

  3. Step 3

Use weight training to help increase the size of the breast. Both men and women can employ this method to increase the size of the muscles under the breast. Weight training requires repetitive movements of the muscles while holding hand weights, starting at a lower point and working up to higher numbers. It should be done under the guidance of a trainer.

  4. Step 4

Determine if breast augmentation is a better option for you. Breast augmentation is the process of adding mass to the breast through implants placed inside the breast during a surgical procedure. Thousands of women have breast augmentation surgery each year to gain size and weight in the breast.

  5. Step 5

Talk to your nutritionist and health food store employees about possible breast enhancement supplements and their effectiveness. Most doctors warn these products do not work and could have possible side effects. Be sure that any product you take has been FDA approved.
