How to make a Printable Reflexology Chart

Make a simple printable reflexology chart for each hand or foot to help indicate areas to increase circulation, relieve pain, and relax the body to reduce stress.

Things You’ll Need:

• Computer and printer
• software graphics program
• card stock or paper
• reference material on hand and foot reflexology areas

1. Use your graphics program to create a free printable reflexology chart yourself or download an existing hand or foot chart on line.
2. Chart out the areas of the hand or foot with numbers for each reflexology area of the body they correspond with. Each area should represent a part of the body as well as health and wellness conditions each relates to.
3. Use your paint or draw program to block off around each numbered area on your printable chart and the surrounding reflexology zones that are also pressure sensitive.
4. Expand your chart legend by adding additional information to describe each numbered area and how will benefit that part of the anatomy.
5. Add instructions on how to properly massage those areas of the hand or foot at the bottom of your reflexology chart. Instructions should include amount of pressure, massage motion, length of massage, and how to find the reflexology points. Now save your chart and adjust your settings to allow the proper size and appearance for your printable document.

Tips & Warnings

• Use your graphics program to create different shapes to represent zones.
• Fill in your shaped areas with different colors and make your numbers represented in your map legend those same colors to add clarification to your printable reflexology chart.
