Things You'll Need:
- Bunt Pan
- 1 ½ cup of butter, softened
- 1 ½ cup of sugar
- ½ cup crushed bread crumbs
- 1 ½ cup chopped nuts
- 1 tbsp. grated orange peel
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup orange marmalade
- 3 cups sifted flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup evaporated milk

Heat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit

Bunt PanGrease and flour Bunt Pan

In a small bowl, combine ½ cup each butter, sugar bread crumbs, and nuts. (reserving remainder of each for cake batter)

Press mixture into the sides and bottom of pan

Place in refrigerator to chill while mixing cake

In a large mixing bowl, combine remaining butter, sugar, orange peel, and vanilla (cream thoroughly until light and fluffy

Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition

Mix in marmalade

Sift together flour, soda, salt, and baking powder

Add to creamed mixture alternately with combined orange juice and evaporated milk

Stir in chopped nuts

Pour batter in prepared pan

Bake 55-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean

Cool in pan 10 minutes; turn out on wire rack or serving plate to complete cooling
