Step 1
Take your current weight down and decide on a long term weight goal for example if i weight 180lb my long term weight goal would be 150lb whether you get their in a year or 5 years the point is getting there .

Decide your monthly weight goal which could be from 2-5 lbs the point is starting with a realistic number something you can accomplish instead of setting yourself up to lose nothing and at the end of the day feel bad about your self.

Step 3
Choose an exercise routine that you can do if you have a treadmill at home use 3 to 5 times a week and if you don't have a treadmill create your own exercise routine like 20 to 100 sit ups a day, 5 to 10 pushups,danceing, running ,walking any combination at least 3 to 5 times a week.

Crash diet is not needed and is not healthy ,you don't even need any kind of diet as long as your getting your daily vitamins what is extremely important here is portion control.

Once you master portion control you can eat anything you want three times a day but no fatty snacks you will replace your usual snacks with a special k bars their each 90 calories you can each a light breakfast and a bar for lunch and your usual dinner just half the portion your used to eating.

Whenever you have your breakfast , lunch or dinner and you still feel hungry unfortunately you would have finish filling yourself with water ,a way to do it is have a cup or of water before and than after or if your still hungry eat a fruit after dinner or lunch. Try to keep breakfast and lunch as lite as possible remember your having dinner later.

Be consistent its very important and key element to losing the weight i know its not easy especially now a days with so many temptations out there but you gotta do it for yourself and your health and i grantee you, you will lose weight.
