Shrimps can be frozen in many different ways and you will learn one of the ways to do it.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • gloves
  • lemon juice
  • plastic container
Step1
Whether you purchased the shrimps in a market or got them straight out the sea you first rinse them with lemon juice.
Step2
Remove the head of the shrimp.
Step3
Peel the outer layer of the shrimp making sure you remove the legs as well.
Step4
With a knife slightly make an incision on the back of the shrimp straight down the middle removing its wastes.
Step5
Rinse in lemon juice once more followed by water.
Step6
Season if you like if not just place in a plastic container or freezer bag and freeze it.

  • Treat shrimps delicately
