Relax You do have to take it a little more easy when you are pregnant. You might be sick at first or you just might be tired. Remember that you are carrying a new life in your body and you have to take care of not only you, but that new little guy or girl. So, take a minute and relax for yourself.

Get a little exercise. Getting some exercise is a great way to help your body feel better and you will feel good as well. You will be able to keep your weight at a good place as well as to get your body ready for that great thing called labor!
