How to bake Ricotta Cheese and Baby Marrow Frittata

First of all the ingredients.They are:60 milliliter olive oil,1 small onion sliced,2 baby marrows,sliced, 6 eggs, beaten,150gram ricotta cheese,20gram chives chopped. 1.Preheat the grill to high.In a medium sized frying pan,add 30 milliliter oil and fry onion over a low heat for 5 minutes. Add baby marrow and cook for 5 minutes more.2.Stir in the beaten eggs,cheese and half of the chives and cook slowly on a low heat for 6-8 minutes.Season to taste with salt and pepper. 3.Finish under the grill until the egg has set.Turn out the frittata onto a plate and serve with chive oil made by whizzing the remaining oil and chives together with a handheld blender.
