Things You’ll Need:
Step1
Visit a dentist and have a cleaning and cavity check and whatever else they may recommend.

Get a new toothbrush. If you have an electric brush, get a new head.
Step3
Use over the counter hydrogen peroxide full strength. Take a capful or two amount and put directly in mouth. Rinse like you would mouthwash for 30-45 seconds.
Step4
Floss between each tooth with a mint or antiseptic floss.
Step5
After flossing, brush for at least 3 minutes, brushing down on the upper gums, and up on the lower gums to remove plaque. make sure to get the back teeth as well.
Step6
Brush the tongue, or get a tongue scraper. The tongue holds alot of bacteria and is almost always responsible for bad breath.
Step7
Brush your teeth with white vinegar up to three times a week. Dip the brush in vinegar and brush alone, or mix with baking soda.
Step8
Keep a water bottle with vinegar and water combined 2 parts vinegar, 1 part water, and rinse with it daily to control bad breath.

on 7/11/2008 Be careful when using vinegar on your teeth. It is acidic and can erode the enamel.
