Things You'll Need:
- 3 balls

Step 1
Start with two balls in one hand an one ball in the other hand. In your left hand you'll have ball A and B. In your right hand you'll have ball C.

Step 2
Imagine a target hanging in mid-air about 1 foot above each hand.

Toss ball A through the target above your right hand and catch it in your right hand.

Step 4
Toss ball C through the target above your left hand and catch it in your left hand.

Step 5
Toss ball B through the target above your right hand and catch it in your right hand.

Step 6
Practice until you can toss the ball into the air from the hand that the next ball is about to land into.

Step 7
Repeat steps 1 - 6. The more you do this the faster you'll become.
