To care for Sunburn and more painful symptoms of Sun Rash and Sun Poisoning.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Aloe Vera Lotion
  • Hydrocortisone cream (atleast 1%)
  • small container with a lid that you won't need again
  • Potato skins (freshly peeled)
  • Food processer or dicer
  • Potato peeler
Step1
Gather all your items. Peel potato (you may need more than one if the area is bigger). Take the potato skins only and put them in the food processor (or dice the potato skins very fine).
Step2
Once the potato skins are ground up, add 1 cup of Aloe vera lotion (the green kind or you can use an aloe vera plant just grind it up in the food processor too.), and about 2 to 3 tablespoons of Hydrocortisone cream to your container and stir together well.
Step3
Once all the items (Aloe vera lotion, potato skins, and hydrocortisone cream) are mixed together and put in a container; Put a lid on the container. Put in a refrigerator for atleast an hour.
Step4
Once chilled, put on the effect area. You must keep this mixture in the refrigerator. This mixture will pull the heat out of sunburn (potato skins, aloe vera) while healing a rash and diminish itching (cortisone).

Tips & Warnings

  • If there are blisters or if the Sun Rash has been scratched already, you may need to contact a doctor. This may spread the Sun Rash.
