Anytime your dog or puppy tries to bite you, use you thumb to push down his tounge.
Step2
At the same time, wrap your fingers around the lower part of his jaw.
Step3
What you are doing, in lowering the front part of his tounge the back part will curl up a bit slightly blocking his airway. This won't be uncomfortable for him and so he will learn very quickly not to do it.
Step4
While you hold his tounge down, speak in a stern voice - say "NO Biting" or "Stop That"
Tips & Warnings
Always use your voice to show approval and disapproval. Dogs are very emotional, so don't yell.
When he just licks you, patt him and say sweetly, "good dog" and soon enough he won't be biting anyone.
Best do to this when your dog is still a puppy so you risk getting bitten to hard!
