The best remedy for an ailment is always the most natural and simple remedy that is out there. The best one for an upset stomach is ginger.     • 1 box of ginger tea bags
    • 1 container lemon juice
    • 1 microwave
    1. Soothe Your Upset Stomach

        Fill your mug with water to start the process of soothing your upset stomach. Take your time when doing this for doing things slowly will help to ease the discomfort of your upset stomach.

        Microwave the mug of water for two minutes. Microwave time may vary so adjust the time to your own microwave. The water should be hot but not boiling.

        Place one tea bag of ginger tea into your warmed mug. Let the ginger tea steep for three minutes. Increase the time that it steeps for a stronger tea to soothe your upset stomach.

        Remove the ginger tea bag from the mug. Put three drops of lemon juice into the ginger tea to increase the power it has to soothe your upset stomach.

        Curl up on your couch and slowly sip your ginger tea to soothe your upset stomach.
