Things You'll Need

  • 1 mug
  • 1 box of ginger tea bags
  • 1 container lemon juice
  • 1 microwave

Sooth Your Upset Stomach

Fill your mug with water to start the process of soothing your upset stomach. Take your time when doing this for doing things slow will help to ease the discomfort of your upset stomach.

Microwave the mug of water for 2 minutes to get it warm to soothe your upset stomach. Microwave time may vary so adjust the time to your own microwave. The water should be hot but not boiling.
