2. Attend a school designated as a university for Centre of Cricketing Excellence. UCCE are designed to groom cricket players with the potential to become professionals. There are programs throughout North America and Europe waiting for right player to mold.

3. Move to the UK or get a work permit to work in the UK. The Commonwealth is the primary center for the game of cricket. It is the best place to become a professional.

4. Practice all the time. Like with any game, cricket requires practice. It is also important to get in the gym and develop tone for the major muscles. Yoga is also good for the flexibility needed to become a great, professional cricket player.

5. Find a mentor. It’s important to find someone who has gone down a similar path. Mentors are required for any young athlete who desires a professional career.
