Every year, the Cereal City, also known as Battle Creek, Michigan host the World's Longest Breakfast Table. Why would a town do such a thing? Because Battle Creek is home to the original Kellogg's, Post, and Ralston cereal factories. The event is always held on the second Saturday morning in June. How do you attend the world's longest breakfast table?

Things You’ll Need:

• Transportation
• Lodging (optional)
• Appetite

1. Travel to Battle Creek, Michigan no later than 8 AM on the second Saturday in June. The event is held every year on Saturday morning, the second Saturday of the month.
2. Arrive downtown Battle Creek and find a place to sit down.
3. Wait for volunteers to come around and offer you cereal from Kellogg's, Post, and Ralston. They will also bring milk, bananas, poptarts, and breakfast bars.
4. Find lodging if you are coming from far away.

Tips & Warnings

• Make arrangements for lodging at the downtown hotel so you can walk to the breakfast table.
• Call early, hotels fill up in this small town.
