Protecting your skin from the sun is getting to be more and more important every day as more and more UV rays penetrate the earth. What can you do to protect yourself and others?

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Consume more lutein. Lutein is a strong antioxidant found in dark green, leafy vegetables. Spinach and kale are rich with stashes of lutein.

  2. Step 2

    Other antioxidants are also important. Apple skins are full of important antioxidants, and have long been known to be powerful, healthy food items.

  3. Step 3

    Drink pomegranate juice. Pomegranate juice is full of powerful antioxidants and it tastes great.
