Rheumatoid Arthritis is a debilitating condition. Chances are, if you have been diagnosed, you're not the happiest person in the world. But there are things you can do to help you stay active.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Try some Yoga! Yoga helps stretch the muscles and keeps the effects of arthritis minimal. Yoga classes are available almost anywhere you look.

  2. Step 2

Yoga classes exist that are specifically tailored to people with arthritis. Find a program or instructor that can help you with this.

  3. Step 3

Keep at it! At times, rheumatoid arthritis may seem completely overwhelming, but you can do it. Just don't give up. Communicate with others that have RA. Ask them what they do to remain active.
